- Some of the stones in the glacis were reset in their original positions to prevent them falling during the winter. The passage itself was lined with geotextile and covered with rubble in order to protect the original surface.
- Taş kaplı eğimli yüzeyi (glacis) oluşturan taşlardan bazılari yeniden özgün konumlarına yerleştirilerek kışın düşmeleri engellenmiştir. Kapı iç geçidinin özgün zeminini korumak için jeotekstil serildikten sonra üzerine moloz taştan bir dolgu yapılmıştır.
