THE 2013 PROGRAMME
ACTIVITIES
In 2013 there were various activities taking place to ensure the life quality and to improve the functions of the tools in the eco-center for villagers' use as well as the educational activities going on in the village.
For the dryers in the solar spaces, mesh covered trays were produced (Figs. 9,10) to keep away the flies from drying fruits, herbs and vegetables for higher quality production.
The functionality of the solar spaces and buildings provided by the eco-center can be confirmed with their extensive use by villagers (Figs. 7,8).
The new solar reflector is also introduced as a new cooking tool and some cooking experiments are held
to determine which way is best to create which kind of products (Figs. 11,12).
The disused village school was repaired to be reused as a visitors' center for the accomodation of
larger group of students with the great help of the newly appointed Yozgat governor Abdulkadir Yazici (Figs. 17,18).
